Delivery Services

For deliveries within the borders of Bulgaria the delivery is usually done via ECONT. In case you prefer different delivery service, please contact us or leave a note to your order. The price for the delivery depends on the weight and size of the parcel, as well as the address to which it is being sent. The delivery is paid by the customer. 

For deliveries outside of the borders of Bulgaria we use FedEx or another delivery service depending on the desires of the client. 

The delivery is done to your address or to an office of ECONT based on your will. You can choose the delivery method when finalizing your order.

Estimated Duration of Delivery

The duration of delivery depends on the products that you wish to purchase – materials or machines. The consumables typically take less time to deliver – from 1 to 10 days. The delivery of machines could take longer as some of them are ordered or made individually, based on the customer’s needs – from 2 weeks to 3 months. 

In the event that PrintMe-3D is not capable of delivering your order due to reasons connected to the manufacturer or his manufacturing capacities, we have the right to withdraw from the order or to offer you a product similar to the one you have previously chosen. PrintMe-3D will inform the client immediately if there are any reasons why his order cannot be fulfilled. 

Please note that our office and delivery services do not work during Bulgarian national holidays. Therefore, any orders made during such holidays will be processed and send after them.
